Sagebrush BBQ & Grill

Sagebrush BBQ & Grill

Brotha – 7/30/17

Sagebrush is a local favorite for dinner, drinks, bbq, breakfast and whatever else you may be cravin’. Located in the town of Grand Lake, nestled adjacent to Rocky Mountain National Park, this place has it all.

Tortilla

Soft, unfolded at the ends allowing for burrito contents to escape prematurely. Nothing flashy, but functionally it works and it hits the spot… the B spot.

Rating: 7/10

Textures

There are but two: sausage and egg. Both ingredients are tasty, the eggs fluffy and sausage tender. The sausage may be a bit chunky and doesn’t blend in with the other components, but it still tickles my spot… my B spot.

Flavors

The green chili smother combines with the melted cheese on top to form a perfect union of flavor. The ingredients, while simple, effectively blast the palate and the B spot in just the right way.

Rating: 8/10

Use of Potatoes

A classic move, Sagebrush keeps their potat’s on the side.  They also give you plenty of green chili to get those taters and your B spot wet.

Smother

Oh baby, this stuff is truly delightful. It not only adds to the overall flavor of the burrito, but it transcends time and space to            rub that B spot oh so satisfyingly.
